Payments and transfers of money market deposit accounts are limited by law and your deposit account contract with us. You can only make up to 6 withdrawals and/or transfers per month by cheque (for accounts with cheque privileges), pre-authorized or automatic transfer (p.B automatic payment to an insurance company), draft, point-of-sale debit card, telephone and/or online bank. We may refuse authorization of a service transaction at any time and without notice if we believe it is contrary to current law. For more information, see your deposit account. 16. Documentation. We send you or make a monthly statement available to you, unless there are electronic transfers in a given month. In any case, you will receive or have electronic access to a return at least quarterly. 10. Mobile App; Additional conditions. Before using the mobile app, you will be asked to accept certain conditions required by our provider. These terms and conditions are part of your service contract. Use our free phone banking service 24/7 – for periods when you only have limited access to the Internet.
20. Your responsibility. Tell us AT ONCE if you think your password has been lost or stolen. Calling is the best way to keep your potential losses low. You could lose all the money in your account (plus your maximum overdraft line). If you tell us within two business days, you can`t lose more than $50 if someone used your password without your permission. If you do NOT inform us within two business days of learning of the loss or theft of your password, and we can prove that we were able to prevent someone from using your password without your permission, if you told us, you could lose up to $500. (Note: California legislation may differ from the consumer loss threshold.) Even if your billing shows invoice payments or transfers you didn`t make, let us know immediately. If you do not provide us within 60 days of sending the statement or if you are not made available to you, you may not be reimbursed for the money you lost after 60 days if we can prove that we would have prevented someone from taking the money if you had provided it to us in time. If a good reason (for example. B a long trip or hospitalization) prevented you from telling us about it, we extend the periods.
8. Bill payments. If you subscribe to this aspect of the service, you can make payments to others in one or more of your current accounts listed. If you associate more than one current account with the service, you must specify the account you want to use for payments.
