ALL staff members will have the opportunity to vote on the final agreement, whether or not you have appointed a representative. “Company agreements” (or company agreements) are agreements concluded at company level between employers and workers on working and employment conditions. Corporate negotiations in the Victorian public sector are conducted within the Federal Jurisdiction for Industrial Relations and in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.
