Pro Bono Coaching Agreement

12. Confidentiality A Pro Bono trainer may not disclose confidential information, including, but not only, on the content of this contract, all non-public documents and proprietary information, trade secrets and all information covered by the confidentiality agreements in which he is involved (“Confidential Information”). A Bono Trainer pro remains bound by this clause even after the termination of this contract. If this contract is terminated for any reason, Coach Pro Bono agrees to return to PA or irreparably delete all information stored by PA on PA, as requested by PA. 4. If you have a job with LUP! you confirm that you are technically competent and experienced enough to provide this training, follow-up or coaching (as the client might reasonably expect). PRO BONO COACHING TIP #4: Take advantage of your pro bono coaching offers to expand your list, scope and exposure. When I started coaching, I thought I wanted to work mainly with mothers – so I contacted local Facebook groups for mothers in our area (Canberra Mums) and put a post where I was doing pro bono coaching. Since then, I also offer pro-bono coaching for magazines, charities, businesses and fundraising events that could attract an audience of my ideal clients. I also exchanged services with other professionals, including a co-coach. Think about where your ideal customers “hang” – which groups they could make their place, where they shop, what do you like to do for fun, what books or magazines do you read, what courses do they do, what Facebook groups do? Write a list of these places or paths, and think about how you might reach them and provide your pro bono coaching services.

Pro bono Coaching with ideal clients is very rewarding, both in terms of growth and change – as well as the lessons and experiences you gain in your field of interest. The status of a party as a Pro Bono coach does not create a job, agency, partnership, joint venture or any other form of association, for tax purposes or otherwise, between that party and PA or a client. A Bono Trainer pro should not use the PA name unjustifiably. However, once an assistance contract has been signed, coaches can publicly declare their pro Bono coach status for PA (e.g., by adding the role of Coach Pro Bono to their Linkedin account and linking it to PA`s official Linkedin company page). The terms and conditions of this agreement and any document or policy expressly covered in its provisions constitute the total agreement between PA and Business Pro Bono Trainer and include all discussions, correspondences, negotiations, prior agreements, agreements or agreements between AP and you regarding the subject.
